What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a holistic, manual therapy that emphasizes the importance of the musculoskeletal and myofascial systems in the overall health and well-being of the individual. It views the body as a whole interconnected system, rather than focusing solely on individual symptoms or isolated parts of the body.

Osteopathic manual therapists assess and treat the body’s structure and function, taking into account the patient’s lifestyle, environment, and medical history.

By treating the body as a whole, improving blood flow within the tissus, bringing back mobility were it is restricted, our final goal is to provide the optimal conditions for the body to restore stability and balance between the different systems (nervous system, vascular system, musculoskeletal system, etc). Leading to improved health and well-being.
