Opt for early treatment and preventative measures to ensure excellent ongoing mobility.

Athletes

Athletes consult Osteopaths for a variety of reasons. This includes:

  • Performance and preparation. Optimizing joint mobility ensures excellent vascular flow of the muscular system before the event.

  • Recovery time. Stimulation of venous return and promotion of good drainage within the musculoskeletal system, helps to reduce recovery time. Techniques such as myofascial relaxation are essential to reducing recovery time.

  • Reduced injuries. Removal of joint restrictions and diminishing scar tissue is necessary to optimize mobility and reduce the likelihood of injuries.
